What you'll be doing:-

• Building innovative, state-of-the-art applications and experiences in collaboration with the Product and Product Design teams, from ideation to go-to-market.
  
• Developing Tamanna’s newly launched mobile app in a high app adoption region
  
• Working in a high-performing Agile Scrum team and attending ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Demos.
  
• Continuously improve how we bring new features to market and making recommendations on process and technical enhancements
  
• Communicating task progress, evaluating technical feasibility, suggesting technical approaches, estimating timelines and resolving technical and process issues
  
• Participating in ideation and innovation workshops with business and technical teams to bring new fresh ideas from your perspective into the mix
• Working collaboratively with your peers in Engineering, Product & Product Design.

What we're looking for:-

• 3+ years of experience as a Native App developer
• Experienced in react native development with at least one released app (solo or as a team member);
• Has independently crafted project solutions by applying solid Object-Oriented-Design principles;
• GraphQL and Typescript experience
• Java for Android and Objective-C experience is a plus
• Past experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with the App release cycle
• Own your tasks and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, get out of your comfort zone and get things done
• Great English communication skills
